CONFIDENTIALITY 

All information collected before and during the mediation proceeding will be kept confidential to the degree permitted by law. All staff and contractors of Georgia Family & Mediation, parties to mediation, and any relevant administrators are held to the same confidentiality stipulation.

 

PAYMENT POLICY

All mediation fees are due prior to the start of the mediation proceeding. All Georgia Family and Mediation mediators reserve the right not to commence or carry out the mediation if fees have not been paid.

CANCELLATION POLICY

At Georgia Family and Mediation, we understand that attorneys and parties have busy schedules that might be subjected to changes for various reasons. In some instances, the case might even settle ahead of the mediation. To avoid a cancellation fee, we ask for a 72-hour notice of cancellation. Mediations that are cancelled within less than the 72-hour time frame will be assessed a fee of half the amount of the cost of time booked.

 

​REFUND POLICY

Georgia Family & Mediation will issue a full refund for any cancellations made within the 72-hour cancellation period. No refunds will be issued once the mediation is carried out.
