Confidentiality

It is paramount to our mediation process, that each session is carried out with full neutrality and impartiality. Our mediators and family practitioners conduct sessions with full neutrality and with a focus on moving clients towards constructive decision making. It is not the mediator’s or therapist’s role to make decisions for the parties they serve. Instead, we support each party on their journey to healing and resolution by empowering them to make considerations based on their needs, priorities, and interests. Our even-handed approach leaves no room for bias or prejudice. This means that our practitioners never imposes their personal views or beliefs while facilitating sessions.
